About

The Four Corners Chapter of the ASSP was originally a section of the New Mexico Chapter. The Chapter officially became the Four Corners Chapter in March 23 of 2001. The first officers for the Chapter were Brent Cothran, President; Tom Hudson, President-Elect/VP; Gary Howe, Secretary/Treasurer; Shawn Young, Delegate. These officers along with others were instrumental in the establishment of the Four Corners Chapter. In June 2006, the Colorado Plateau Section was formed from the Four Corners Chapter and went on to become the Colorado Plateau Chapter.

The Four Corners Chapter is located in Farmington, New Mexico and encompasses the geographical area of Apache and Navajo Counties in Arizona; Archuleta, Dolores, Hinsdale, La Plata, Mineral, Montezuma and San Juan Counties in Colorado; and McKinley and San Juan Counties in New Mexico.
